My weekly fitness sessions are a great blend of outdoor and indoor training in group style classes. With my functional styles on teaching I combine a mix of cardio and resistance training including the use of training bags, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes, car tyres and lots more!

There is no sergeant major attitude but I will work you hard enough to ensure you get your moneys worth in sweat alone! Burning over 500 calories per session and firing that metabolism....this class will provide you with a workout to test every body part to it's potential!
